The Texas versions have all the pertinent phone numbers listed on the flyer.  Other states can apply for a special service request and we will seek out and send your area numbers, or you can simply download from the "other" listing and add your own phone numbers.  They should be easy to find for your location.  Call your stat children's protective services for numbers before copying the sheets.  Good Luck, God bless and let us know if we can help and how it goes.
